This is my truth

Should I leave my brain to medical science?*

Claudia Hammond addresses the old question as to whether we really only use 10% of our brains. Except she doesn't actually address it an any depth, or substantiate the alternative, or come to any real conclusions. But this is a BBC online magazine article, so what can you expect?

Apparently, people are intrigued that we might use such a low proportion of our brain, because it offers enormous potential for improvement. On the contrary, I'd be surprised if the proportion was as high as 10%, and still I see little optimism for improvement.
