Life on Mars, or elsewhere!
And now Prof. Bonkers and colleagues from the Cassini space mission have demonstrated that the man in the moon is actually PacMan. Although in this case the moon in question is Mimas, one of those orbiting Saturn.
The Cassini mission is a joint initiative between space agencies of the US, Europe, and Italy. Clearly, Italy doesn't consider itself part of Europe for the purposes of space exploration.
The mission has been extended to 2017. Presumably in a bid to find the real Mario.
