Everyday thoughts, but not every day

ALL OUT

In Selling Starvation: The Shameful Case of Teddi Mellencamp, Georg Rockall-Schmidt probes into a weight-loss cult led by a minor, nay trivial, celebrity. The daughter of rockcock John Mellencamp—for the record, I've never been a fan; I prefer music—established herself as an accountability coach, running a diet programme called ALL IN.

Participants follow a health-endangering, nutritionally-deficient diet and a similarly dangerous exercise regimen. The accountability coach keeps them committed to their goals, by sending them shitty motivational text messages. It's pretty scary, cult stuff.

Oh, and it looks [libel-defence] suspiciously [/libel-defence] like a tax dodge to boot.

The only oil allowed on the diet is snake, and this woman will sell you some.

As with all of Rockall-Schmidt's videos, it's worth watching. But, if you can't, or don't want to, I can at least offer you this outstanding comment:

If I wanted a psychopath texting me everyday telling me how worthless I am, I'd unblock my mother.
