Alyssa needs an immediate response, and Journal of Gynecological Oncology requires my prompt support, with my valuable research into gynaecology. I'm saying nothing. (whistling)

But the journal's scope is gynaecological oncology, the clue is in the title. So this is far more limited than gynaecology per se, and combines two things in which I am blessedly lacking awareness: women's problems, and the big C.

I suppose I could conduct and report a study of rich widows with cancer and no living relatives. Perhaps correlating their circumstances with a desire to do The Lord's work, and applying monetary reward and honesty as binary covariates. But it couldn't possibly be ready for the next esteemed issue of shit we shat on the web Journal of Gynecological Oncology.
