A worthwhile question, below, I'm sure you'll agree. I just feel inadequately qualified to answer it. (confused)

Synology obviously consider it to be an important question, since it's given the highest priority. But, with a noreply email address, I can't easily follow up. And it's not important enough to me to go out of my way. Hey ho. (shrug)
