Although he claims to be US-based, his timezone stamp and ability to spell honour
suggest otherwise. The substandard English gives the impression of a modern British education, although the timestamp—UTC+00:00, the UK is currently UTC+01:00—indicates that he's not spamming me from the land of my birth.
And he seems to be confused as to the publisher's domain. Is it eopenjournal.com or eopenjournals.net?
Anyhow, as for me being a good fit for an obesity comic: I'm working on it! Okay?

The field of case reports is certainly burgeoning. James Johnson now reaches out to me on behalf of the inaugural issue of Cases for all my case reports reporting needs.
