Tony Scott: that's a wrap
Tony Scott, director and brother of Ridley, jumped off a bridge and was later found dead.
He made some decent films: The Last Boy Scout; True Romance; Crimson Tide; Enemy of the State; and Man on Fire—that last one would've been better without the shaky-cam, Tone. But he was also responsible for Top Gun; Days of Thunder; and Beverly Hills Cop II, and was apparently working on a sequel to TG with the short-arsed scientologist.
He was the people's director of Tom Cruise. But is that what they really wanted?
Yes, I know that many people love Top Gun. Many people love dogs, cats, cricket, reality TV, and BDSM. I'm just not one of them, m'kay?
