Not just Jessica
The first time that Jessica M Viewer contacted me, she didn't include her address in her signature, so I didn't put two and two together. But it now appears that the Californian cathouse, at 820 El Camino Real, has another ho-in-residence.
On behalf of Annals of Pharmacology and Pharmaceutics, she hopes to celebrate the new year by publishing my research work—if only she knew. I think Jess is a bit slow on the uptake. Either that, or she's based in Beijing rather than Belmont. Because we in the west stopped celebrating new year last month.
She's carefully obfuscated the email addresses in her message, which she didn't do last time, but I don't think that she's as smart as she might think she is. I've noticed, and noted, this before: I'm pretty sure that address harvesters don't scour email messages, so I don't understand the point. Needless to say, both email addresses have been added to my scrapers page. Along with their remedypublications.net and remedypublication.com equivalents. I wouldn't want any failure in competence to stand in the way of the spambots.
Sorry to break it to you like this, Jessica, but the growth of your journal is not something to be condoned, let alone celebrated. (nosmile)
