Bitches bitch'n'

Old man howls at moon

Ageing rocker, Neil Young, has demanded that Spotify remove his music from its platform, in protest at podcaster Joe Rogan spreading Chongvax misinformation.

"They can have Rogan or Young. Not both," wrote the star in a letter to his management and record label.

Mark Savage, music correspondent, BBC News

Rogan's podcast has 11M listeners per episode. I have no idea how many people listen to Young. But who's taking bets as to which option Spotify will choose? (thinking)

Both of Young's still-living fans are reported to be doped to the eyeballs, and unavailable for comment.*

* I may have made that bit up. Tee hee.

I actually have one of Young's songs in my music collection.
Hint: Roxy Music covered it in a live performance, which is also available.
Another hint: it's probably the only song of his that gets widespread airplay.

Who'd've thunk it? Spotify has acceeded to Young's ultimatum, by removing his music from the platform.

(shock) (not really)
