What's in a Wordl?
I had never heard of the online game, Wordle, until I read today that it will never become attention grabbing or advert laden
, which is reassuring.
Wordle, developed by Josh Wardle, challenges the player to guess a five-letter word in six attempts, with a new challenge each day. I assume that the name of the game is a play on his surname. Otherwise, given the five-letter challenge, it should've been called Wordl. Innit? (pipe)
