I think I've pissed myself

Bog off!

In an interview with Mark Savage for the BBC, Sir Rod Stewart admits that he tired of performing Da Ya Think I’m Sexy?

The only one I used to get tired of was Do You Think I'm Sexy [sic]. That song was like having a pink toilet seat hung around your neck. But it's part of that whole disco era, so I don't mind doing it, really.

Rod Stewart, talking to Mark Savage, BBC music correspondent

I know how you feel Rod, me ol' mucker. It's bloody cringeworthy, innit? But disco is no excuse mate.

You weren't the only one who felt the shame of that pink toilet seat.

Since this was a telephone interview, I'm going to give Sir Roderick the Moderick the benefit of the doubt, and assume that the misspelling of the song's title is his interviewer's handiwork.

Incidentally, Savage notes that Sir Rod called the BBC to discuss [his new album, mainly]. What is this, some kind of narcissistic bragging rights: I didn't need to call him, he called me? The only reason he's talking to you is to promote his new album FFS! (rolleyes)
