Third time's the charm...?
Rishi Sunak has won what amounted to a one-and-a-quarter-horse race to become the UK's third prime minister, and the Conservative Party's third leader, in the space of less than two months.
Although it's an open question as to whether it's worth the effort of moving his family into No. 10 Downing Street, or whether he should just work remote office until his successor is announced.
