As Liz Truss takes over from BoJo as the UK's prime minister, she’s ousting her political rivals’ supporters from the Cabinet in favour of her own hench(wo)men. But she was only given the role by her party, not the great unwashed.
The next general election will determine whether she has the nation's support. Which is arse-about-face: a truss is supposed to do the supporting. (pipe)
I wonder if any of the prime ministers that Truss has served under have thanked her for her support.
