Unsurprisingly, the new ban will be enforced with fines
of up to £6,400 for repeat offenders.
Who couldn't see that coming? A cynic might think that the UK government was introducing stringent fines, as much to generate revenue for the Chancellor of the Exchequer's throw-away schemes, as to keep the inmates of HMP GB in check.
