A man who was pronounced dead at the scene of a fall in Inverness was taken to Raigmore Hospital mortuary, where staff became concerned that the man was showing potential signs of life. He was later pronounced dead for a second, and presumably final, time.

I'm not sure that I'd want to be a patient in a hospital that has concerns when its patients show signs of life.
