'Phone upgrade?

I currently have an Apple iPhone. Fear not, gentle reader, for I don't consider that to be something to boast about—those days are long gone, if they ever really existed—I just state it as a matter of fact. I started out with a 5s, and had, at the time, the most powerful, up-to-date 'phone in my family; which, since our daughters were too young to have their own 'phones, meant compared to my wife, who had a 5c.

I upgraded to a 6s years ago, only so that I could pass on my 5s to our eldest daughter. And, at the time, I still had the most powerful, up-to-date 'phone in my family.

I have that same 'phone today. Except it's now the oldest in the household; both of my daughters, as well as my wife, have iPhones version 8, of various sorts. My 'phone is good enough, it still does what it was intended to do—unless the sole intent was to make money for Apple as part of a continual upgrade path, in which case it's been a dismal failure.

My only problem with it is that, when I clarify what version I have, 6s sounds like success, which sounds a bit lame. (SMH)

It could be worse, though. At least I don't drive an Audi TT (titty). (phew)
