This is my truth

Submitted Photo

Stand aside, Getty Images! Stand aside, PA Media! Stand aside, Reuters! The BBC's found a new source of photographs to adorn its pages: Submitted Photo.

And Submitted Photo clearly has an extensive portfolio available. After all, they supplied three of the five images illustrating Robin Levinson-King's article on violence faced by stand-up comedians while onstage.

It's usual practice to at least state by whom the photo was submitted, even if it was by the subject themself. Of course, all of this could come back to bite me in the arse, if it turns out that Submitted Photo really is a genuine photographic agency. (shrug)

But the page source code refers to Submitted photo, not Submitted Photo, so I think I'm gonna be okay.
