China is to ban karaoke songs with illegal content, including songs which incite ethnic hatred and ethnic discrimination

I wonder if the government plans to extend the ban, from singing about ethnic hatred and discrimination, to actually practicing it? That will definitely go down well in the cotton fields of Xinjiang.
