Fat boy getting fatter...

Well, not quite, but healthiness has become even more unattainable.

Millions of middle-aged people have been mistakenly led to believe they are not obese, according to an Italian study that looked at body fat instead of weight related to height.

In the study, 38% of men had a BMI above the obesity threshold, while the proportion found to be obese rose to 71% when body fat was taken into account. The same proportions for women were 41% and 64% respectively. The researchers concluded that the BMI threshold should be lowered.

That's what we need, targets slipping away from us. It's enough to turn a grown man to pies and beer for comfort.
