US catholic conservative commentator and media personality, Megyn Kelly, fulminated yesterday after having watched Conclave. In this awards contender, Ralph Fiennes plays a cardinal who uncovers scandalous secrets at the Vatican during the organisation of a papal conclave. The plot twist is delivered when the pope elect confides to Fiennes' character that he/she/they is intersex and has…da-da-DAAAA…girly bits, albeit only on the inside.
