Skype no more
After the demise of Internet Explorer, it appears that it's Skype's turn to fall by the wayside. The announcement of Windows 11 shows that M$ Teams is integrated into the OS, while Skype is missing.
I only briefly used Skype for business, and I haven't used it for several years, but I can't say I'm sorry to see it go. ISTR, it suffered from M$'s meddling sometime after they took over.
IMO, Teams is a better offering. But, unlike my old friend Internet Exploder, Skype will still be available for download, for those who really must.
