Beggars belief
All begging emails from predatory publishers are a sign of desperation. They need those processing charges to keep rolling in. But I don't recall ever having received something as honest as an admission of lacking manuscripts. Having said that, if it's lacking manuscripts, it's hardly ready for release, is it?
I don't work in any aspect of the field of obstetrics and gynaecology—the closest that I've got to any of that is the birth of my two daughters. Nevertheless, Graham R
