The ramblings of a pseudointellectal…or a genuine idiot?

No chance

I received a message from Emily Flora last week, the standard request to submit my valuable research to her valueless web journal. You know the schtick. It was neither amusing nor inept enough to pass comment on, so I deleted it without further ado.

But, Emily Flora isn't one to take a lack of response, unlike her Johns, lying down.

Didn't it occur to her that, if I has a chance to accept, and wanted to do so, I would've done just that? Admittedly, I might not have received or read her message, so I would've had no chance, but that's by-the-by.

I have had the chance, and have declined by not responding. As is oft advised on the internet, don't feed the trolls, kids.

Greetings Dr. , Just wanted to follow up on my email sent on 3rd Wednesday. Have you has a chance to accept my request on publication for the Upcoming Volume 6 of Journal of Pharmacology & Pharmaceutical Research (ISSN: 2769-4828). Cheers, With Thanks and Regards,Emily Flora [Team JPPR ISSN 2769-4828] PS: thought you might find contribute to the Year-End Issue of 2021.

Last month, Emily Flora solicited my input to Journal of Pharmacology & Pharmaceutical Research, volume 6. Now, she's busy completing volume 4. It all probably makes sense, somewhere between her left and right ears, but I haven't a freaking clue how they can drop two issue numbers in one month. (confused)

Still, Happy Merry Christmas in Advance to you too, Emily Flora. I look forward to no solicitations from you in 2022. Oh, and peace on earth, that's just as likely too.

Greetings Dr. , I hope everything is going well on your side. I believe you must be super busy, yet I am just following you to check if you got a chance to look for the YEAR-END ISSUE contribution, I asked in the previous email. You can check the my earlier email for reference. Waiting to hear from you. Merry Christmas! Wishing you all the happiness your holiday can hold. Respects

Well, that didn't last long. Like the proverbial bad penny, Emily Flora's back. This time it's on behalf of Lin Ho; so that's one ho representing another. (LOL)

It's touching that she updates me on my research contribution, and thanks me for my hard work and dedication. But, really, all I've done for her and JPPR is to take the piss out of them.
