The scoop on the poop
Apparently streets awash with dog poo and vagrants isn't much of an incentive and, consequently, London has slipped to 39th spot on the world's cities in terms of quality of living.
Birmingham came in at 55, Glasgow at 57, and Belfast at 63. Obviously, the need to wear kevlar body armour isn't as much a detraction as one might expect.
At least they all came higher than Baghdad, limping in at 221, which is nice. Unless you live in Baghdad…or are expecting an imminent posting!
