Most of it's boring

Supplementary

Christopher Robinson is eager to work with me. That's nice for him, but I'm not so sure that I feel the same way.

Journal of Human Nutrition & Food Science has a special issue on dietary supplements. This is a subject that I know little of, since I pride myself on one of the few positive aspects of my health being a well-balance diet; other than the beer and pies, that is. Accordingly, I have no need for dietary supplements; unless somebody develops a supplement that negates the effects of beer and pies.

These begging emails usually start with a fulsome greeting, before moving on to extolling the recipient's work and merits. Which would, in this case, be the paragraph highlighted in yellow. Except for it being complete gobbledegook. I've tried to reverse-engineer some semblance of meaning, but I've given up.
