The same paper that was irrelevant to the field of plant science, yet stoked Roisin Clarke's interest, has worked its magic on Maria Garce. CEOS Plant Biology and Research thinks that it's a pioneering publication. Even I wouldn't go that far, and I wrote the damned thing.
Unlike the hoes at Scholarena, though, Maria gives me the opportunity to unsubscribe

This is the first I've heard of CEOS, which is based in Sheridan, WY (UTC-06:00). Not Hyderabad (UTC+05:30). Oh no!
Come to think of it, this is the first I've heard of Sheridan, WY.
The publisher is supported by all manner of professionals in order to achieve its goal of making money. None of them are paid staff, and I imagine that none of the paid staff have much of a clue. After all, would you want this as your why work with us?

Now Maria's following up, but for a different CEOS journal. This time, it's an excellent opportunity for the researchers like [me] in the field of Dentistry
. The nearest I get to the field of dentistry is my biannual check-up, and even that's usually limited to the hygienist, not the actual-factual dentist. Hey ho.
She considers the same article that she earlier found to be a pioneering publication
now to be very educative and will be a great source for the scientific community
. I think that's over-egging the pudding a tad, but I'm pretty sure that the original journal's editor wouldn't have approved it if it wasn't educative to some small degree.

work relevant to the fields of plant biology and dentistry now has James Smith thinking that I have something to add to the field of chemistry. I don't, but I don't need to disabuse him of his delusions either. Besides, if my suspicions are correct, he's not monitoring the mailbox. Instead, I have avoided triggering the tracking image, just to keep them guessing.
