Too many cooks

According to Stéphane at YouTube channel French Cooking Academy, people are either bakers or cooks. This got me thinking.

At home, my wife and youngest daughter are bakers, and I'm a cook. My eldest daughter, on the other hand, is a pour-hot-water-and-wait-three-minutes.
