Communities who claim that radiation from the Trinity Test caused the cancers that have affected generations, even to this day.

All the same, the BBC referring to a documentary on Trinity's aftermath as The real story behind Oppenheimer
seems to be overstating the case somewhat. It's not the real story behind Oppenheimer, it's a tragic adjunct; one that's still being played out many decades later.
