The American Journal of Biomedical Science & Research is a new one on me. From a brief search, it seems to be the only journal published by BiomedGrid LLC, which is not one of the hallmarks of a predatory publisher. But there are others, besides begging emails.
Gobbledegook, for one:

And, no, that offer to unsubscribe at the bottom, the only option offered, is not a link.
Finally, AJBSR uses a misleading impact factor, passing off a dubious one as a reputable one.
