This is my truth

Hush, not hushed

Hushpuppi
Tasteful. Not really.

A Nigerian scammer, who goes under the Instagram name of Hushpuppi, has been sentenced by a Los Angeles court to 135 months in jail for international fraud. He also received a fine of $1,732,841, which seems a curiously precise amount. But that's the law for you, I guess.

Hushpuppi, whose real name was [sic] Ramon Abbas, flaunted his wealthy lifestyle on his page which had 2.8 million followers until it was disabled.

No was about it, droidy. It still is his real name. He's among the land of the living, otherwise he'd be imprisoned in a cemetery, not a US correctional facility.

Our trusty friend, and record keeper for the world's most trusted international news broadcaster™'s editorial integrity, the WayBack Machine, has captured this page twice thus far. Once before the change, at 03:46:16, and once after, at 09:17:35. I guess those times are UTC+00:00.
