All's not what it seems

The return of Editorial Manager

Editorial Manager is back. None of it's great, but the highlighted paragraph is special.

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking their English for the sake of it. I know that I couldn't speak their native language as well as they do. Unless English is their native language, and this is really the best that they can do. (eek)

But this is supposed to be on behalf of a scientific journal, to be published in English. And they cannot be arsed to get it right.

All of which begs this question: if you have a valuable submission, why would you submit it to Archives of Medical and Clinical Research?
