Bitches bitch'n'

Get back

The burial of a 76-year-old Ecuadorean woman was interrupted when the star of the show insisted on being alive. She's been returned to the hospital where she had previously been declared dead, presumably for them to do the job properly.

Just over a week after death was first declared on 9th June, and job's a good 'un! (thumbup)

If it's worth saying once...

In their original report Laura Gozzi and Vanessa Buschschlüter noted a similar incident earlier this year in the USA:

Bella Montoya is not the only person to "come alive" after being officially declared dead. In February, an 82-year-old woman was found to be breathing while lying in a funeral home in New York State. She had been pronounced dead three hours earlier at a nursing home.

Interestingly enough, James Gregory ended his update on this story with the following insight:

Bella Montoya is not the only person to "come alive" after being officially declared dead. In February, an 82-year-old woman was found to be breathing while lying in a funeral home in New York State. She had been pronounced dead three hours earlier at a nursing home.
