The mothers—or birthing people, if you're a T
ally—who gave us life and nurtured us to adulthood have had their day. Veterans, and those who lost their lives for our freedom, will get theirs in due course. Now's the time for pandering to the five-percenters.
And while you might miss a single date in the calendar, there's a whole month in which to recognise and embrace a twist of biological fate or social media engineering. Those who've achieved nothing of note, and whose greatest contributions to society will be in not adding to it, while ensuring that it's fully aware of their specialness.
So there really is no excuse for missing this opportunity to acknowledge the stunning and brave LGBTQIABC+FLAP
And even this misanthropic corner of the internet offers due recognition.
